Troubleshooting

After you have your brand new wireless fence system installed you start to run into some problems. This page is designed to help you trouble shoot some problems and hopefully get your system working again.

Receiver is beeping but no correction is being administered

• Test the receiver to see if it is working.
• Make sure the contact points on the collar are touching your pets neck.
• You might have to purchase a stronger collar for your pet.

The receiver activates indoors

• Turn the boundary width control knob counterclockwise to decrease the distance of the boundary.
• Check to see if the boundary wires aren't running too close to the house.
• Remove pets collar when indoors if problem persists.

Additional Information

Be careful when mowing the lawn or using the weed cutter around the boundary area. A cut in the wire could cause the wireless fence system to not work anymore

Only use the wireless fence system on healthy, grown pets. Contact your local veterinarian if you have any concerns about your pet's health before, during, or after the installation of a wireless fence system.

If you are unsure about your pet's safety on other animals or humans please do not think a wireless fence system will keep others out of harms way.

Test the receiver collar every couple months to make sure it is working properly. Change the battery as needed.
